記得在沒多久以前，Google Chrome上面出現編碼顯示問題時，可以手動來調整網頁編碼問題，可是好像
在Chrome 55.0版以後就不再提供手動調整編碼，所以如果現在遇到 Big5 被誤判為 UTF-8 的網頁問題時
就會出現一堆亂碼問題，然後您找半天也找不到可以調整編碼的地方！
幸好，還有一個東西叫做 [擴充功能]，請到Google線上應用商店中尋找 [Set Character Encoding]
按下[加到CHROME]按鈕來進行安裝。
安裝完成後，還要進行一下設定！
請在選單中選擇 [管理擴充功能]。
接著找到 [Set Character Encoding] 擴充程式，勾選 [允許存取檔案網址]，這樣才算設定完成。
接下來回到有”網頁編碼問題”的網頁，按下右鍵選擇 Set Character Encoding＞Unicode (UTF-8)
最後結果，就會看到”錯誤的編碼畫面”顯示出”正確的網頁畫面”了！~完成！
